HRE,Dr Ramon Adegoke Adedoyin OON, grew up ancient town of ile-ife, Ife central local government area, where he was born, Osun state capital. Years later he became well known as a man who was always at the side of those in need. Obviously in acknowledgement and appreciation of his role in this regard,  Ramon, as he is  popularly called, was conferred with the traditional title of Maye of Yoruba kingdom by late Ooni of Ife.Oba okunade Sijuwade.

Born on january 1st, 1957.in Ile-ife, he lost his father at an early age and had to struggle to remain in school because of inadequate resources to continue with his education. This apparently shaped his humanitarian inclinations when he grew up.Altho his motherly support was superb. He was defined more by his philanthropy than by his other contributions to the nation, though he was also a statesman, business mogul and founder of Oduduwa University,Nig.Unique Citizens University.Ghana,Our Saviors University.Usa,The Polytechnic and Oduduwa University.

Forbes Magazine had in 2020 rated the him as one of the 20 richest Nigerians with an estimated net worth of $500million in cash and total assets of $1.1billion. His Royal Eminance his an Educationist and philantropist.
