1. MAYE is, being an elder of Ife and the entire Yorubaland, is neither against the Modakekes nor any Oyos, as being mischievously peddled by a certain disgruntled individuals and their sponsors.

2. As a matter of fact, in manifestation of a true father, most of MAYE's Personal Assistants are either from the Origbos or Modakeke.

3. To further show his love, oneness and spirit of egalitarianism to educate the haters of peace and love in Ifeland, MAYE's cook is a Modakeke man.

4. How on earth can someone possibly imagine that MAYE: The only man in Ile Ife, who has all his investments spread across Ile Ife and the entire Yorubaland, call for war either in Ile Ife, Modakeke or in any part of Yorubaland??

5. These diabolical sponsors of rancour and acrimony, sowers of seeds of discord and their associate miscreants and bloody agents SHOULD LEAVE MAYE ALONE, and also note that:

i. MAYE, as an industrialist and a business mogul of world standard, is neither interested in any Political Post nor contesting any Chieftaincy Position with anyone whatsoever.

ii. MAYE has been, times without number, invited, by eminent Nigerian citizens, to occupy Political Positions both in Osun State and at National levels but were politely declined by MAYE. ....Kiniun o joye, o wu OLUWA OBA LO DE LADE.  

iii.The Mayes family , the late OONI OF IFE once instructed Ife Chiefs, both on the Left & and Right thus: “Ti Oju ba ye Oju, ki ohun ‘MA YE’ ohun, eniti  o ma ru eru Ife ni eleyi ooooo ‘fully seized of acts of betrayal that could emerge after he might have departed to join his ancestors. The late OONI knew that the position of OONI will be attractive to even miscreants , hence he warned the inner “groups”. Some of the Chiefs who witnessed the warning are still alive TODAY. 

iv. MAYE has no issues with ANYONE be it OBA or IJOYES , individuals or group of persons. 

6. Therefore, sponsors of hate and jealousy, beneficiaries of acrimony and agents of reactionary forces should, for GOD's Sake, leave MAYE OF THE SOURCE alone.

*MAYE ko ni k'oloro ma bo oro, ko ni k'elegungun ma bo egungun*. BUT will remain concerned about ile Ife affairs AND the YORUBA affairs because his fathers,fathers and mothers mothers were pathological ifes and of course YORUBAS. 

7 As a YORUBA elder of about 65yrs of age, MAYE will neither, in cold complicity, keep aloof nor stand akimbo, on Ife affairs until lasting and enduring Peace reigns both in Ile Ife and Modakeke. Also on all YORUBA affairs BUT will never advocate for WAR. 

8. The classical miscreants and "Mari Majes", who can, in creating mischiefs and animosity, eat “anything”because of “anything”are HEREBY advised to strive for a better job. They should *ja'wo ninu apon ti ko yo, ki won gbe omi ila ka'na*.
